Savvy Toys reserve all copyright to all the content of this website unless otherwise indicated.

Returns Policy

You may return all items which have not been damaged by you to Savvy Toys within 10 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price, excluding postage.

Please email or call us on receipt of the product to let us know the reason for the return, then post the product back and we will arrange a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The Item MUST be returned in the same condition as it was sent out.

Where you are seeking an exchange and an item was damaged or defective before it was sent to you Savvy Toys will re-post the new item at no additional price. When you have simply changed your mind you will be charged for any additional postage to be incurred on the part of Savvy Toys.

Postage and Shipping

Goods are only shipped withinAustralia; if a purchase is made outside of Australia Savvy Toys reserves the right to terminate the contract. A full refund will be given in these circumstances.

All stock will be posted through Australia Post or via a courier. If you wish to have your product sent via registered post you will need to notify Savvy Toys on completion of your order, an extra fee will apply for this service. (recommend you post everything by registered post and include the fee automatically).

Australia Post and any other delivery service as may be used from time to time operate independently of Savvy Toys and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to any goods after they have been posted. The risk of loss or damage to any item passes to you once we have provided the goods to Australia Post or any other delivery service which we may use.

All purchases subject to availability

While we make every effort to make sure the products on our website are available sometimes our suppliers may be unable to supply the advertised product. We do not warrant that all the products are in stock. If the product you have ordered is not in stock we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately. In this situation we will contact you by email or phone to notify you that the contract has been terminated and provide you with a full refund.

Pricing  

Savvy Toys pricing information is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Product prices are updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

While we make every effort to ensure the prices on our website are accurate we do not warrant that they are correct. In the event that the price of a product you have purchased is displayed incorrectly we reserve the right to terminate the contract before the product has been shipped or at your option to enter into a new contract for the correct price. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone and provide you with a full refund.

Payment and Acceptance of Offer to Purchase

All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept orders over the phone and direct deposits into our bank account.

Savvy Toys will notify you by email if the initial charge to your card is declined. If your credit card is declined Savvy Toys will cancel your order. Please note that services will not be activated until payment is received.

If payment is made by direct deposit please quote the order reference number sent to your email inbox upon after you have submitted your order. Savvy Toys will cancel your order if payment is not received within 3 business days of sending you a confirmation email accepting your offer to purchase our goods.

Where purchases are made online you must have a valid email address to receive notifications from us. We will send you automated email which constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods.

Where Savvy Toys terminates the contract to purchase or does not accept your offer to purchase goods we will refund any monies received from you within 3 business days of notifying you that we are unable to supply the goods.

If this Site contains links to other websites we do not endorse, sponsor or approve any content available on any linked website.

Any personal information collected by Savvy Toys will be dealt with under our Privacy Policy. Our current Privacy Policy is available on this website.

Warranties

You represent and warrant to us that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

Liabilities

To the full extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability in respect of loss of data, interruption of business or any consequential or incidental damages.

Termination

These Terms and Conditions terminate automatically if, for any reason, we cease to operate the Site.

We may otherwise terminate these Terms and Conditions immediately, on notice to you, if you have breached these Terms and Conditions in any way.
